I have installed Jevents on joomla 3.
I created a new site in joomla 4 and installed Jevents 3.6.21.
I would like to know if it is possible to transfer categories and events from joomla 3 site to joomla 4 site.

It is possible... But you have to do it as part of the Joomla! Categories. Essentially we use Joomla! Categories like many extensions doo.
