At present I am afraid we do not have a RSVP Pro demo. But we do have RSVP Pro Demo Videos here:

RSVP Pro will allow users to register for events yes.

RSVP Pro could be used for allocation of courts. You would setup the events repeating daily or the frequency of the courts availability.

You could then create a RSVP Pro session and have the template list time slots and the time slots would only be allowed to be booked once.

We do offer a 30 day money back if the product does not suit your needs.

Hi, thanks for your help. However, i can't read the document you suggest unless I have Bronze membership?
I am quite happy to buyr what I need, but I don't want to spend what is other peoples money, on something that won't do the job required. Interpretation and application can often differ. Is there nowhere I can see this operating before I commit? Failing that,
We are a tennis club:
I want to set up jobs (events) that need doing, maybe weekly annually etc and notify by email the person responsible.
Secondly: we have match fixtures and I want a module that will allow people to register their availability for those particular matches.
Also, I need a court allocation/booking system. Will this same system cope?

No problem sorry for being so straight to the point.

You will need the Gold Membership, a cron job is what your host should allow you to set up to run a web address at an interval that is set. We have a few documents on this, the easiest one:

And the registration for events is achieved with RSVP Pro as well .

Then RSVP Pro is what you need.

You can have an unlimited people ask to be reminded about an event. You setup a cron job to run a specific url which checks if there are any notifications to be sent.

One reminder per event is enough, how many people can I notify about a single event?
really I need it to work like google calendar but with multiple email addresses?
Also, this is a sports club, is there the facility for people to register for an event?

How are you planning on sending reminders?

JEvents RSVP Pro's reminders function allows users to subscribe to receive one reminder which is sent at x time before the event. Would this be sufficient?

If so then the Gold Membership to get RSVP Pro will meet your needs.
