As of JEvents v3.4.17 and above (i.e., v3.4.18), the arrow for the Previous Month on the Minical Module is missing when using the "ext" theme. The minical is also no longer centered. Configuring the "Previous Month" option in the module has no effect, although disabling the "Next Month" option still removes the arrow for the Next Month, as expected.

I've tried comparing the calendar.php file in the tmpl/ext directory for discrepancies compared to other templates (i.e. tmpl/flat), but find nothing that stands out as a problem.

JEvents has been updated to v3.4.18 as of Aug 29, 2016

I was able to solve the missing left arrow problem by adding the following Custom CSS:

td.extcal_month_label {
width: 85%;
}

Regarding centering the table, I hacked the php template file to add <center></center> tags just before and after the table is defined.

Both are hacks, but fix the problems. Ideally, it would be nice to see the template files cleaned up a bit in the next release of JEvents. Looking through the forum, it looks like others have had similar issues pop up over the past few weeks.

Regardless, I've been using your Calendar system for years -- thanks for the service you provide!

I've already applied the fixes, but if you want to take a look at my site, Google "Kriehn". My site is the first hit to come up.

Hello,

You would be better using this CSS opposed to a center tag:

#extcal_minical {width: 100%;}
#extcal_minical > table {margin: auto auto;}

And your CSS add them both to your JEvents Custom CSS section so the changes are not lost.

Many thanks
Tony
