hello, in my website l use module "JEvents - Latest Events Module" name : "Actualités du quartier"(name in mainpage front)
and when l publish a event : there don't appear in module "Actualités du quartier"
however the event appear in the calendar releated but not in module

This was down to it being display mode 2. I've set this to display mode 3 and it's working as you want it to now.

You are using mode 2 (nearest events - future only) and only displaying repeating events once. the module is showing the 2 events that match these criteria.
