Is it possible to make the following email template placeholders/variables available to all available templates.
{CONTACT}
{LOCATION}
{EXTRA_INFO}
<strong>Request to have:</strong>
{CREATOR_EMAIL}
{CREATOR}
Another request, if you may, the variable {LINK}{/LINK}. Can we change this to accommodate different text in the link? Well, I did this when I modified RSVPPro few years ago but I cannot do it anymore since we went back to release version. The current behavior is when the link is used I can only use one text in the link. For example: {LINK}Pay Now{/LINK} I can no longer create another link like: You are receiving this email because you registered for {LINK}{EVENT}{/LINK}. If I do that, the event name is being replaced with Pay Now which is the first text in the first link I created.

How do you mean? Those fields are not accessible in some templates? Is that right? Nothing to do with placeholders?
Interesting... So if you swap the {LINK}'s around do say the PAy Now is last, is the pay now now replaced with the event tile?

Yes, I'm looking for {CONTACT} placeholder under Reminder Template so I search the entire com_rsvppro folder and it is only available in invitehelper.php.
I believe those placeholders I mentioned should be available to all templates since it is like general info.
You got it! The last {LINK} I create would have the text of the first, if you look at the code it only check for one instance of {LINK} if found then replace all. So the result is there's only one link text.
