People/Resources custom layout not editable

I am unable to access the custom layout. I tried downloading the People/Resources again, but nothing. See screen shots.

Sorry Brandon, V3.0.36 fixes this but we haven't released it yet. I've applied the patch to your site and I'll try and get a new release out soon.
