Hi,

I have a question according mail confirmation via RSVP mail to admin after registration.
When few guests are added, how to separate fields to be right to each guest?
Sample, Guests have some fields like Name, Surname, date of birth etc.
I need to receive Name, Surname, date of birth etc. for each guest, but I am receiving connected fields like :
Name Name Name, Surname Surname Surname, date, date, date, etc. etc. etc.
how to separate it?

Thank you in advance.

Did you try the {ATTENDEESUMMARY} output field - its should give a tabular representation of the attendee data closer to that shown in the list of attendees.

Hello,

You just create one single field and set it to apply to each individual. Then they are shown it on all guest tabs and primary. If you ant guest only you set it to apply to guest only.

Many thanks
Tony

Hi,

this is not resolving my problem with admin confirmation e-mail.

In attendee list in RSVP i see it nice :

  • Pavel Piatek 24.12.1978 Karviná Vedoucí úředník
  • Roman Hrubý 8.12.1979 Havířov Úředník

but in e-mail confirmation to admin I have :
Pavel, Roman Piatek, Hrubý (name name, surname surname)
24.12.1978, 8.12.1979 (date date)
Karviná, Havířov (city city)
Vedoucí úředník, Úředník (field-x field-x)

all fields are set to Each individual.
in Attendance Notification Message I have

Nová přihláška na školení: {EVENT}
dne: {DATE}%d.%m.%Y{/DATE}

{Titul:field:#field14#} {Jméno:field:#field29#} {Příjmení:field:#field30#}
{Datum narození:field:#field31#}
{Místo narození:field:#field32#}
{Účastník je/není:field:#field20#}
