Hi there,
I don't want to show any navigation bar, icons or dropdowns. I just want a continuing list of all upcoming events. How can I fix it?
I try to make changes in the first tab of configuration, but nothing change, no matter, what I try to do.
Do you know that problem and can you help me?
Kind regards
Markus

Hello,

That is in the configuration which is a general setting.

You need to edit the menu item so:

Joomla! admin -> Menus -> Find the menu item you use to access your JEvents Calendar and then you can set the same setting in this menu item under the options.

Many thanks
Tony

Hello Markus,

If you edit the menu item of the view in question you get set navigations icons to 'Hide Completely'

Many thanks

Hello Tony,
thank you for your answer. I'm sorry, but I don't know, how to do that.
You said "menu item of the view in question". What does that mean? And where do I find it?
Can you explain step-by-step?
Thanks so much in advance.

At Konfiguration/Komponente there is a dropdown-menu called "Art der Navigationsleiste" (Kind of Navigation Bar). There I can choose "Hide completely". But it doesn't have an effect. My frontend looks exactely the same, as before.

Thank you, Tony. I found the jevents-item you told me in "Joomla! admin -> Menus". But the problem here is still the same. No matter, which Navigationsymbols I choose or which kind of Navigation-Bar I choose - it all stays the same, as before (even if I save and refresh the frontend).

May I ask you, if you could check my backend?

Sorry for that confusion!
