I am a long-standing and enthusiastic user of JEvents on a village website. I would like to start managing events using Google Calendar, so we can easily combine the calendars from several village organisations. It was easy to link JEvents to the Google calendars, but I have not been able to set up synchronisation, because it seems that our website host, one.com, does not support cron.

Can anyone suggest a work-round or solution?

See https://www.jevents.net/frequently-asked-questions/setting-cron-jobs-non-technical-explanation - there are some possible cron services you could consider

Thank you so much, Geraint. I didn't want to upgrade to Bronze to view that explanation if the lack of cron on one.com was going to be a show stopper. It evidently is not, so I will now upgrade.
