Very new to this and I need a very simple answer.
We have an exchange server 2013 and need to set up a simple system that will take a calendar from there and put it on our Joomla site, ideally the site should be automatically updated when changes are made to the exchange calendar. We are prepared to subscribe but only if this sort of system can be achieved.
Is this achievable?
If so are there any simple step by step instructions as to how this can be done
Thanks

You can export the calendar in iCal (.ics) format and then import into JEvents - there are several bronze member articles describing how to do this and automate the updates
http://www.jevents.net/docs/jevents/ite ... categories
and
http://www.jevents.net/docs/jevents/ite ... -calendars

Thank you for your prompt reply, I read in one of the articles that the ical import can only be done once. Is this correct? Or can the imports be scheduled for future amendments?
Thanks

If the iCal import is from a server then it can be automatically updated e.g. once every 30 minutes if you want. Its only file uploads that can be done once.

Hi
We want to integrate our exchange calendar with jevents. I have done this manually but would like this process to be automated. What version of club membership will enable me to do this?
Thanks
