I solved the problem
I did an error in CSV file , I found it and correct
I put a semicolon instead of comma after a field

Now all work fine

thanks
Emilio

I create a new calendar from the CSV event files
The system show me the message about the good operation result
The new calendar is created

But the system show the even as a "Past Event"
The date appears in the future and not in the past

If I attemp to edit the event , the systems show me a messages :
You can't modify this event

I attach some image in order to help you to understand the situation
If I add manualy the events , it apperar correctly
