I have a couple of requirements for a project I'm bidding for which aren't clear from the product pages. If you could get back to me on this really quick I'd appreciate it as there is a tight deadline on the bid.

1. How does customer invoicing work for RSVP pro? Can delegates view invoices, can admins access invoices, and are invoices emailed automatically?

2. Can the list of delegates for an event be exported via CSV or similar?

3. Can delegates to an event be contacted easily if the event is canceled or rescheduled?

4. Is there any integration with MailChimp available on booking an event, or should this be handled on registration with the site?

Thanks.

Hello David,

1. We don't offer an invoicing service so to speak, it's more a payment method and amount and you print the event details page which should have the fee on.

2. Certainly! by default it is a .csv

3. Yes, this is automatically built in and the event creator and send an email to all or some attendees at any point.

4. Not at present, we do have integration with Acymailing though. If you wanted to use mailchimp, then ideally use it on site registration.

Many thanks
Tony
