Hello,

after an update to 3.2.19 (J3.4.3) the ical export does not work:

I have several events. My menu is 'iCal Export'
If i do that, i pusch the button 'Add to google calendar'
But nothing happen in the gcalendar.

If i export the events to the .ics and then i import it to the gc it works.

I hope my english is not to bad to understand that. :)

Thank you very much!

Greeting from Germany.

Hello Timo,

Your English is good! <!-- s:-D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_biggrin.gif" alt=":-D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:-D -->

I just tested this locally and it works perfectly.

Can you please do a screencast of the issue? The Add to google is just a link which tells it to open in a new browser and load in google calendar.

Many thanks
Tony

Hello,

Of course you won't in your setup as you are testing under localhost. Google cannot determine your actual location so it can't connect to the webcal url you are passing it...

You need to test on a site which is accessible via the internet.

Many thanks
Tony

That's it. You are right. Now, online, it works!

Thank you very much.
