My membership has expired, so it is not letting me update the extensions, so is there any other way to fix the issue.

JEvents Control Panel -> Support Info

This is on your site. But the Iconic layout has changed on the core level and needs updating to stop the duplicate content.

Hello Pandey,

I would advise you roll back your JEvents update to your backup in this situation since you have quite a few things out of date. Since it is very likely you are going to encounter further issues in other areas. If you are not wanting to update the club extensions, just don't update JEvents at all.

Note, this isn't advised since we also release security fixes and Joomla! BC break fixes in new versions.
