Hello- I can't buy a membership for some reason.
I tried with paypal and it just goes in a loop, not accepting my account info

Are you saying you try to login to Paypal but are unable to do so? OR is it that you are trying to use a credit card at Paypal without logging in?
I had problems logging in to Paypal to make a purchase from another website yesterday too so its possible there were problems at Paypal yesterday?
