Hi Guys,

I'm having another issue. We can't cancel attendees who call in to cancel their attendance for a specific event. Any help, much appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry, I wasn't clear.

It doesn't allow me to update the attendee. When I want to cancel the attendee, I go into his details, at the bottom of his details, it says attend: Yes or No. When I select NO and click update, it doesn't allow me to. Nothing happens.
