I am a complete noob to your software but have been using another one (i wont mention that name) but it fails Security Check (for known vulnerabilities) for joomla 3 so am concerned as the site has been hacked twice now. Does your code pass this test?
With Gold membership, how often are updates released?
I intend to use this software (RSVP Pro, gold membership) as a guest list for a night club and to sell tickets for events at the nightclub. I just need minimal fields, name email for guest list. This would be a free event. Can I also put a Google NoRecaptcha here upon registration?
I want to restrict spam regs as much as possible.
Sometimes this nightclub will also host theatre nights so I would require the ability to sell tickets and would require more fields here to handle registration and processing to paypal. also google norecapcha on reg.
Is this type of scenario possible with your software?

Yes this is all doable with RSVP Pro - you setup different session templates (some free, some with fees, some with custom fields - as many as you want). We support Google Captcha v3
There are no known security issues with JEvents or any of the club addons.
New releases come out every few weeks usually with minor enhancements.
You have the option of renewing your membership only when you need an upgrade as opposed to keeping a continuous membership

This is good to hear Geraint. Like the op I have had my site hacked twice in the past so security is a big thing for me now as I know how much of a pain it is to be hacked.
