Think I know the answer already but just checking.
Got a situation where folks call in to register, leaving their details and payment info on voicemail.
Sometimes, they don't leave an email address.
Is it possible to create a registration without an email.
I'm guessing not but any suggestions welcome.

I'm afraid not... But you could do it as say 'yourownemail+usersfirstandlastname@yourdomain.com' the email should then go to yourownemail@yourdomain.com.
