Target menu not working

I use Joomla 5.3 and JEvents v3.6.89 and I'm not able to choose the target menu (not in Konfiguration, not in Layout). What I need for the permission to select the target menu?

Do you see an options in the dropdown?

The only options you are allowed to choose are JEvents component menu items
