Hey everyone, my site has worked very well with JEvents up until 3 days ago when it stopped updating the calendar when clicking the green sync button. I did update to Joomla 3.7.2, today but this problem persisted. Any thoughts?

Hello,

When you click the reload icon of the calendars what happens? What does it do?

Can you please enabled the browsers developer tools and look at the console too, do you see anything?

Did you clear your browsers cache after you updated?

Hi Tony, thanks for replying.

Nothing happens when I click the green reload icon. The chrome browser favicon switches to the "loading circle" and then back to the joomla logo. This is different from before when the same actions would previously run a huge batch of text through showing the work that it's doing. Now, it just does the reload circle, and nothing happens. And that makes me sad. :(

This is the details from the element when using the inspector:

Not sure if that's what you're looking for though. Nothing else seems out of whack.

I have since refreshed the cache of my browser and my joomla backend. And I have tried to view the calendar on several different systems, none are being updated. This also makes me sad. :(

Any other thoughts?

It sounds like one of your feeds is errored and possibly is not timing out. Can you provide super user logins (Site Details Tab) so I can test.
