To organise attendances of a dance team at various events, we need the administrators to see at a glance, not just how many total attendees there are (available at least in the RSVP version!), but how many are Dancers and how many are Musicians, this status to be in a CB field -generally they will not be charged (might even be Paid!) to attend, and how many Guests (Partners, others) who may have to be chased for Payments!
If this is possible by configuration, or ahack by me, I am much more likely to purchase a Gold membership!
Thanks
Trevor

Hello Trevor,

So you are wanting at a glance to see to amount of a field that has been used? i.e. dancers selected = 65?

I'm a bit confused on the CB Field? Can you clarify?

Thanks
Tony

While we may use Jevents to sell tickets to eg gigs that we run from time to time, to the public, my use here is to get Members already registered through CB, to show their availablity for proposed engagements being offered to the team by promoters, "voting" by registering for events, until we see at least say 12 dancers out of 50, and perhaps 4-6 musicians out of 15, so that we can. The roles of the members are of course recorded in their CB profiles.
For some prestige events run by other organisations, we need to collect contributions from our members, and their partners etc, and these payments also need to be managed.

Complex, yes! we just need to be able to categorise our Members clearly. I expect to use MySQL to prepare reports from the database also.

Hello Trevor,

You can use the CB Fields to pull the information from their CB Profile. So it would auto populate, but the members can only be added one by one or added by there self. You can enable an invite option and invite a usergroup?

We do provide an export function to export all users to a .csv file.

Thanks
Tony

Hello, OK I did not find anything in the domo etc about CB fields, and don't know whether they and other additional fields can be displayed in the Entrants listing ie
Entrant Click to cancel Attendance Status Name Gender Address Meal? ROLE?
- this sort of thing is available in DTRegister, but that is very complex (I have used it several times) and not Responsive...

I have now found answers to most of my questions by spending more time exploring the rsvp demo, and things like Category of applicant ARE there. I think you SHOULD show all the Documentation pre-sales...

Just looking for T & C now, how many sites, with or without support, can I use rsvp on under Gold Membership please ?
Thanks
Trevor
