Hi,
I'm investigating using JEvents and have a few questions.
1. I need to link to appear on an event to an existing Joomla article - something like "click here for more info on this venue". Does the agenda/minutes add on achieve this?
2. In the article, I'd like to also display a list of upcoming events linked to it in step one. Something like the CCK add on.
Please can you tell me if both of the above be achieved and if so how?

1. Yes it would achieve this problem. Although you mention Venue? WE do have the Managed Locations Component which integrates seamlessly.
2. You could use the JEvents Content Links and if they have 1 event with lots of repeats it can list all repeats see:
http://www.jevents.net/products-new/add ... ent-plugin
OR you could use the JEvents Latest Events module which any constraints you want and use a Joomla! {loadpositon my_latest_events_module}
