Hi,

I'm hoping somebody is able to assist me in something that has been ongoing for a while now.

I'm using the Joomla CMS and currently have two Cron Jobs that are supposed to automatically refresh and update Calendars visible on the website.

They don't seem to be automatically updating when changes are made to the Calendars, if I however perform a manual update by navigating to Componetns - JEvents - Manage Calendars then in the Update column for each of the two Calendars - then pressing the "Update" button this will then cause the Calendars to refresh with newly input dates, but won't do so automatically.

I'm hoping there's someone out there who has incredibly good knowledge of Joomla & JEvents that can help me.

Best Regards,
Jack

Check the crontab output to make sure its running (i.e. send it to an email instead of to /dev/null) - its possible that the path to wget or curl is wrong.

Also check the refresh url in the cronjob runs when you use it in a web browser and are not logged in to Joomla
