There are two files named JEvents - Bootstrap Modal Library. One is version 3.4.48 and the other version 3.6.94.

Should not the older version been removed when newer version is installed?

These look like duplicate entries in your extensions table. I would suggest you try uninstalling these and if the 'live' version of these libraries are uninstalled to reinstall JEvents which will recreate the valid entries.
