when i use the calender on a mobile device, the layout is larger than the screen, could you please give me a hint on how to fix that?

Hello,
This is because the basic free version is exactly what is says it is a month view calendar. IF you change the default view to a list view then you will see a list.
If you want the month to transform into a list view on mobiles, then you could join the silver club and use the flatplus theme which will do this.
