I got rejected from the authorized users list although I am the super user for the concerned website. There is NO entry for any user, but also cannot add myself. Where is the pröblem, how can I add me as authorized user?

You should be able to add yourself, what is the error message?

Why are you using Authorised User Mode over ACL?

2. Sorry, as a newbee I am not aware of the Authorised User Mode over ACL

3. Adding myself as Auth User first shows an empty user list. Then adding myselfs shows no possibility to save my entries, because upper menues are missing (see screenshot). But this seems to be a general problem with my Joomla Installation, but can be circumvented mostly with adding " ?tp=1& " in the command line.

Do you have a hint what is going wrong here?

One more question: I am Superuser on this site, where and how can I chnage ACL or Authorised User Mode over ACL
I am not familiar for that. Possibly you can guide me over that procedure if needed?

Tony, I have found and corrected the wrong authorization settings.
But I have still a problem with the time format settings in the daily dates list.
Pls see here: Screenshot_2018-07-27 Terminplan.jpg
Instead the 24h format is displayed as defined the dates appear in 12h format in the daily dates-list ( ..Termine ).
How and where could these changes come from?
