Hi Pre-Sales:

I am interested in setting a Joomla! calendar that can coordinate with a Google Calendar or at least provide a *.csv file export. Can you provide a basic overview of what is needed and at what membership level I need to be at to achieve this?

I read in the forum "If you want to export you can create a JEvents Export Menu Item for the frontend". What does that mean and how do you create a JEvents Export Menu Item?

Thanks for your help on this.

Hello Dave,

Welcome to JEvents.

If you are familiar with Joomla! you generally understand what a menu item is. Here is a break down for you:

Go to:

Joomla! Administrator Area
Click Menus
Click the menu you want to add this menu item to
Click New
Select JEvents -> iCal Export

And save. Then you can generate an .ics export link/file on the frontend.

Thanks
Tony
