Hello, I'm looking for any way to create an appointment-calender, clients can see if there are events occupied or free, then they can booking. If there are new bookings these will be exported to a calendar in the office and also event in the office should be shown in the calendar automaticle.
How is this possible with your great jEvents-extension?

Hi xmac,
you can do that just allowing clients usergroup to post events into the site.

For the automatic updates, with JEvents you can create an export link that provides an ical feed that you can import with any calendar system of your choice.

Best!!

Hi and thank you for your answer, this should be an appointment calendar, so the user can see which times are free or used. this calendar should be updated automatically and once a new appointment is done, I can see this in my calendar of my office.

Ok that will work fine, you might want to Join the Silver club and use this however:

So the events can be marked as full or empty. And you decide how it work in terms of we only show free times or we only show full times.

Many thanks
Tony
