Just downloaded this today and thought I'd import a few events.
I have a dtstart of 20161004T200000 which I thought would result in a date of 04/10/2016
with a start time of 20:00.
The date was fine but I'm not sure why I ended up with a start time of 14:00
Suggestions please

Are you doing a CSV import - in which case JEvents would recognide other date formats though I would suggest you format them in an internationally neutral format e.g. YYYY-MM-DD in your spreadsheet

To get 14:00 from that you would have to have a timezone difference. Is a timezone set within the iCal File? What timezone is JEvents set too?

Didn't even think of timezone. No timezone was set in JEvents Too quick to try and get events added. Thanks for pointing that out.Is there a quick way to convert a date of 04/10/2016 to 20161004T200000? Rather than manually edit each cell, which I think would take as much time as manually entering events.
