Available features for JEvents?

I am looking for some functions that I am not certain are available with JEvents, so I wish to list them here and perhaps someone can let me know if any of these options are available. I would prefer to use JEvents for these if possible, because we already use the calendar to list the various events on our website - but we are taking sign ups and billing manually.

The background is that I administer a website (Joomla) for a sports club, which is a team oriented sport. This team enters events that other clubs/organizations put on, and also puts on events that other teams enter into. So, the questions are:

1) Is there a function where club members can register for an external (or internal) event, and optionally be billed? This would require using their website login account so the billing is charged to the correct account (using our merchant account). The requirement would be that we enter the event on our site, assign which age group team (category) will be participating, and allow our members to sign up for that event in order for us to create a roster. Another possible option would be to allow for recurring events - such as a league where games are played on multiple weekends, each which may be billed separately (some members have other seasonal obligations with HS sports or other activities that may preclude them from participating in all league weekends).

2) Is there a function where we can enter in our own event, and allow other clubs to register their teams (by age group category), and bill them for the entry fee? We would also need this to link to the member sign up, so our own members can register for the event and be billed.

3) We also put on clinics and seminars, and would need to be able to create an event for individuals to sign up for, whether our own coaches/members or external coaches/members. We would need to be able to bill them.

4) This is more of a 'team management' function than an event function, but since we allow members to sign up with either monthly, quarterly or yearly membership fee options, is there a function that could be used for this what would tie in with the login account feature to sign them up for whatever period they have chosen, and would renew for each period?

5) We would want reports on revenue/billing for each event, with the option of having it be reported by event, by age group category and by member - possibly with date ranges to expand or limit the reporting period.
