TimeZone Changes

Joomla 1.5 uses an hourly offset from your server's time to determine the correct time. This is ok when the daylight savings time (DST) changes coincide but is no use if not. Consider a server in Phoenix, USA - Phoenix has no DST so if you want your events to respect New York or LA time then your calendar display could be out by an hour at certain times of the year. This is of particular importance if you have a radio station site that wants to show what is on NOW - this could be out by an hour.
The change in JEvents 1.5.5 is that the component and module sets a specific timezone for all presentation of events (requires PHP 5.1+).  This is in addition to the timzone for imported events introduced in JEvents 1.5.4.  Unless you encounter problems with days changing at the wrong time or events being displayed at the wrong time then  leave this field blank/unselected.
