This addon will allow events to be marked with various privacy seetings e.g.(public, private and only for JomSocial friends), and also will allow your visitors to filter for events created by a specific user.

  • It allows you to filter for events created by a specific user via the jevents filter module
  • It allows users to specify that certain events are private (that only they can view) and others are public (subject to the overall event access restrictions)
  • It allows you to mark events so that they can only be viewed by your JomSocial friends (requires JomSocial)
  • It allows you to create events in the calendar which appear but the title and details are private and replaced with text you specify in the plugin parameters.
  • Configure JEvents menu items and modules to show "all events", "public events" or just "private events".
