Hello.

I'm interested with JEvents but I have few question:

1. Is it possible to allow users to add events and give that users few levels of permissions? F.e. users have some memberships and some of them could add more informations that others.

2. Is it possible to sell tickets for events?

3. Is it possible to create some kind of page about users with informations about them. Some bussines card.

4. Is it possible to create calendars with all events from one user?
1. You can control which user types can create and/or edit/publish events. The core fields are available to all users but with the Custom Fields addon (silver member addon) you can limit some fields to different user groups

2. With RSVP Pro (our gold member addon) you can sell tickets for events, send out invitations and reminders - see https://www.jevents.net/products-new/addons/rsvp-pro and the demo videos in particular

3. We have a managed people and resources addon with which you can create personal profile pages (with custom fields if you want to extend this further) and then associate one or more of these with an event

4. Not sure what you mean by this?

Ad.1 and 2. I want to create accounts for users (pubs, clubs) and allow them to add their own events. They will have different membership and have different field options (I want to group them to different categories of users). Is that possible?

Ad. 4. Is some club create some events is that possible to show calendar with only his events?

Hello,

1/2 only for the custom fields. But yes you can restrict them to uaergroups.

4, It depends how you setup the site but it should be. If you are having clubs I would have a custom field to select the club they belong to, then you can enable the filtermenusandmodules option on this field and then filter the events when you create the menu item to the club you want.

Many thanks

OK.

My last question.

I sthere possibilyty to create users and give them some default fields?

I mean I want to create accounts for club. I could give him field "club" with his club name.
Then when that user will login to page he will only add events to his account.

Hello,

So will their be multiple clubs? You can't restrict a field to a user. For that you would need the Managed People addon where you can assign resources to a person/user.

Many thanks

One additional thought. Can I just clarify - by 'club access' do you mean users who are members of a specific club OR a single club administrator?

It may be possible to achieve the club member list using Joomla ACL and setting up separate user groups for each club and then the members could be restricted in their access to specific categories etc.

Hello,

Yes you can. You can use the Managed Locations and make him the creator of that location rather than common. So only he can select it.

Many thanks

Hello,

JEvents is fully compatible with the Joomla! ACL so you could use one of the many membership components for Joomla! Like Membership Pro, then change their user group and within JEvents you can assign uaergroups to allow different things like creation etc.

Many thanks
