The event is unpublished and in order to see it, edit it and approve it you need to be logged in.

not so
Sorry
but the event is published
i can see it if i go diretly to the calendar

the link showing up with ?login
is the one i get in my admin notification email account.

If i goto the calendar, i see all the events
its only the link in the email that contains this

i proved it by logging into my website as a regular member
and there too i can see all the events listed.

Why would the link provided in the email contain the ?login referal link?

or rather, how can i change the text and link the email will contain?

the ?login=1 is added since you cannot edit or modify the event unless you are logged in even if its published

i am asking why would that be sent via the email

i dont see that on the site page, its only in the email

also i asked how it can be changed.
because the only person getting such an email about a submission would be me "the administrator"

Its in the email since its notifying you are the event administrator that this is the event and gives you a link that you can use to get to it to be able to administer it - hence the need to login.

Joomla should auto-redirect you to the login page and then auto-redirect you back to the event afterwards
