Can someone tell me how to resolve this error? I'm running JEvents 3.0.7 on a Joomla 2.5.9 site.

Initially, I had two lines with the same error, and saw a message about fixing the error in CONFIGURATION. The only thing I changed was the date format to US.

Now I'm down to a single error - the one shown in the subject line.

Any ideas how to resolve this and start configuring JEvents?

Thank you for any help that's out there today.

What JEvents addon have you installed - one of these is trying to load the event registration addon which you don't appear to have installed.

I'm guessing you may have installed the RSVP Pro plugin but not the component??

Yes. You are correct. I do have the RSVP Pro plugin installed. Time to go find the Component. Sorry for the remedial question and THANK YOU for your help!

Ok, so this must be "ask a stupid question day", so I'll go ahead and ask where to find RSVP Pro component. Is it made by Anything Digital? I guess I didn't pay attention to your "Add-on" plugin.

Feels like a Monday.

Go to the Joomla manage extensions menu item or within JEvents view the installed versions tab in the JEvents news on the right side of the page.

I upgraded the RSVP Pro plugin to 1.9.4, but still cannot locate the component that needs to be installed. All other versions of JEvents extensions are 3.0.7. What am I missing?

You need to 'uninstall' or disable something.

What have you already installed and what versions?

I disabled JEvents - Attendance, Invitations and RSVPs and now I have no errors when opening JEvents Component.

Does that mean I need to configure something first and then enable the plugin? Or do I still need to find the component that goes with the plugin?

Sorry to be so thick.

Hello Jak,

No problem can you access the JEvents control panel?

When requesting support, please copy and paste the 'Version information for Support Forum' from the JEvents Control Panel into your post. If you cannot see this, please enable JEvents project news within it's configuration. Also, if you get a 500 Error, Enable Joomla! Maximum Error Reporting and view the page again, you should now have a more detailed error which will help us to resolve you issue quickly.

That will give us an Idea.

If you can't access it then can you enabled Joomla! Maximum Error Reporting and try again, do you get an error now?

Thanks
Tony

Yes, I can access the Control Panel whether the plugin is enabled or not. When enabled, however, I get the error message in the subject line.
