JEvents 1.5 (No longer actively supported)

All Repeating Events (100+) shifted one day backwards!

JEvents 2.0 was launched over 2 years ago and the latest stable version is version 2.2 which will run on Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 2.5. JEvents 1.5 is therefore no longer actively supported - you should upgrade to JEvents 2.2+ as soon as possible.

I have JEvents v1.5.4 with Joomla 1.5.20.

The problem is as follows. I set a date for example of 12-30-2011 all day event to repeat for 5 years. It worked fine until recent or when we switched to 2012. Now the calendar shows all events as one day behind the actual event.

For example insisted of 12-30-2012 as the repeating event should show, It is at 12-29-2012. Its doing this for ALL events.

Any ideas how to fix this? When you go into the individual event properties they have the correct date set.

When i go to one event and change the by-year day to one digit higher it fixes that event. But having to do that for 100+ events is nuts.

Any ideas?

Is this an annual repeating event?

The correct way to do this is for days before 28 Feb to use a positive number and after 28 Feb to count back from the end of the year with a negative number See ... cific-date for more details
