Hello,
when I try to import calendar generated by jevents into google calendar, I have the following error:

String index out of range:5

BEGIN:VCALENDAR
VERSION:2.0
PRODID:-//jEvents 2.0 for Joomla//EN
CALSCALE:GREGORIAN
METHOD:PUBLISH
BEGIN:VTIMEZONE
TZID:Europe/Brussels
BEGIN:STANDARD
DTSTART:20091230T203000
RDATE:20100328T030000
TZOFFSETFROM:0200
TZOFFSETTO:0100

TZNAME:Europe/Brussels CET
END:STANDARD
BEGIN:STANDARD
DTSTART:20101031T020000
RDATE:20110327T030000
TZOFFSETFROM:0200
TZOFFSETTO:0100
TZNAME:Europe/Brussels CET
END:STANDARD

If I add a + before 0200 and 0100 the error goes to the next TZOFFSETFROM line

Could you help?

Thanks

Can you try the following code fix please - at line 205 & 238 of components/com_jevents/views/icals/view.html.php change
Code: Select all
$sign = $offset >= 0 ? "" : "-";
to
Code: Select all
$sign = $offset >= 0 ? "+" : "-";

Does that help?

Hello Geraint,
Thanks for your answer.
As there are blank lines, the given lines provided doesn't correspond. I checked for '$sign = $offset >= 0 ? "" : "-";' in the file and found 4 occurence of this. I replaced all occurences by '$sign = $offset >= 0 ? "+" : "-";' and the google import works fine.
Thanks again
