Jevents 1.4 for Joomla 1.0.x

translation problem

Postby labra » Tue Sep 02, 2008 2:02 pm

Hi all!

My apologies if I'm posting this in the wrong place.

I have translated the language file into Hebrew (see attached) - but the language does not display right.

Settings: Joomla 1.0.15, JEvents 1.4.2.

The file was saved as UTF8 (or so it seems).

The Locale settings in Joomla are Hebrew (he_UTF8).

The rendering error looks like diamond-shaped characters with question mark in the center.

Help will be appreciated!

The language file hebrew.php you use at your site is not utf8 encoded but windows-1255. Replace it with the file you posted in this forum.
