Hi, I have a problem with the categories: if I enter a new category and I enable voice "is a translation", when I click to select the category I want to translate gives me the following error: No valid database connection: DB function failed with error number 1146 telling me that the table does not exist category.
I also use Joomfish on my site.
What could be the problem?
thanks a lot

Hello,

Please enable Maximum error reporting in Joomla and try again?

Any more details on the error?

Regards
Tony

I did, it always reports the same error.
First, however, I have not included the final part where he talks about the database error, bring it now:
No valid database connection: DB function failed with error number 1146
Table 'database.suffix_Category' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT `id` AS id,`title` FROM `suffix_Category` AS c WHERE c.level > 0 AND (c.language="*" OR c.language='it-IT') LIMIT 0, 20

Ok, then a database table does not exist.

Are you using the latest JEvents version?

Also, do a database check in Joomla! Under the extension Manager.

Please update to JEvents 3.0.12.

Does disabling Joomfish resolve the issue?
