Hello,

This is because XAMPP installs php by default and activates strict standards.

This is very strange.. I have had absolutely not problems in the past and I've done 5 Joomla sites and have installed JEvents to all. All worked perfectly on my LocalHost... I have tried your suggestion but still had error messages.. I turned off the error messages which of course got rid of all the messages, but now the events will not show up when reviewing the page in progress. I'm very frustrated .. :(

Only events are not showing up or was the whole page broken?

I had installed version 3.. I have since uninstalled it and installed version 2.2.5... now the Lastest Events Mod is showing upcoming events..
Before I uninstalled v3, the Lastest Events mod was showing but only the title.. not any of the events.. I'll stick with the older version now.. thank you!!
