Hello, I have a calender set up and have create 2 catagories, Competitions and Training, each having their own colour code.
How do you get the calender to show both catagories in the same calender, as I cannot find how to?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Check your menu item settings. You have probably defined a category within it and not the newer created one.

You can undefine them completely and it will automatically load all categories.

Tony
I have checked the JEvents. On the Calender setup it asks for a default catagory, so I set this to training. I am not too sure where you mean on the menu setting?
Also, the jevents latest module shows both OK?
I am new to all this so, idiot guide may help
Thanks

You must have created a menu item in the main menu in order to go to the calendar.
Check this menu item setting if you have allowed to show all JEvents categories.

Tony, understand now. Sorted, both showing OK.

Where I have a repeating event every sunday for training, and competition events that take place on a Sunday, how can I get the Competition to be the only event that day?

Hello,

How do you want to access it? Via a menu item? If so, create two categories.

1. Competitions
2. Training

Create a link to each :).

Regards
Tony
