SOLVED - No notification e-mai for the Category Admin

Forum rules
When requesting support please follow these steps:

1. Update all JEvents add on's first, via the Joomla! Updater
2. Copy and Paste the JEvents Support Information from the JEvents Control Panel.
3. If you get a 500 error OR white page, enable Maximum Error Reporting in Joomla! Global Config and visit the page again, this should give you a more detailed error and help us provide a prompt response.

Jevents 2.0.11
Joomla 1.7.3

Notify JEvents Admin and Category Admin? yes (same when no)
Send notification emails for all events: yes

I set a user as Admin for a JEvents Category and this user, as well as the JEvents Admin should get an e-mail, when a new event is created. I tested the e-mail-address, it works ok, but the Category Admin doesn't get the notification, only the JEvents Admin.

What am I missing? Thanks in advance for your help.

Please double check the spam filters/folders for the category admin user AND also any SPF settings for the domain of the event creator.

Thank you for your suggestions. There is nothing in the spam folder.

When I choose the user as the JEvents Admin then he gets the e-mails, so the e-mail connection seems to be ok.

This appears to be a problem in JEvents for Joomla 1.7 - can you unzip this file and upload to administrator/components/com_jevents/libraries/categoryClass.php

Does that fix the problem?

Great - this fix will be in JEvents 2.1.6 (out for club members next week and to non-members during February).
