SOLVED - Gold Membership Still PENDING

Forum rules
When requesting support please follow these steps:

1. Update all JEvents add on's first, via the Joomla! Updater
2. Copy and Paste the JEvents Support Information from the JEvents Control Panel.
3. If you get a 500 error OR white page, enable Maximum Error Reporting in Joomla! Global Config and visit the page again, this should give you a more detailed error and help us provide a prompt response.

Although Paypal has confirmed the order and money is extracted from my account my order for Gold membership is still pending!

Can you assist?????

I suspect it may be because my paypal email and my email for Jevents membership is different

Paypal put your payment under review straight after you made it. This is usually a 'random spot check' or could be triggered if the payment is out of the ordinary in some way (time of day?). They usually clear the payment within 24 hours.

You may be able to login to your paypal account to expedite the clearing of the payment.

Logging into Paypal definitely shows the payment as under review at my end. Maybe they don't show that in the payee account?

I could issue a refund and you could try again but I suspect that would also trigger a payment review.

How about I open a new account on your site with an email that matches my paypal account and buy the membership again. Then you can give me a refund on the other account.
I really would like to get to work on this tonight if possible
