JEvents 1.5 (No longer actively supported)

property of non-object error?

JEvents 2.0 was launched over 2 years ago and the latest stable version is version 2.2 which will run on Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 2.5. JEvents 1.5 is therefore no longer actively supported - you should upgrade to JEvents 2.2+ as soon as possible.

When I goto Manage events --> NEW I get this

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in C:\RFCUweb\joomla2\administrator\components\com_jevents\controllers\icalevent.php on line 267

Any ideas? Using the latest beta from this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=17&t=1154

On joomla 1.5.8
PHP Version 5.1.0
Windows 2003 with IIS
Mysql 4.1.7

Did you click "db setup" as in the instructions?

If you did can you check you have a calendar created.

I did do the db setup, it said it was successful. Then I created a default calendar yes.

Hmm, seems to be working now, that I edited my global parameters and gave administrator all permissions. Sweet.

Now look at my other issue though. None of my graphics are showing. If I right click and do a properties I get:

it should be this though:

That is the default colour for categories you didn't specify a different colour so it used black.
