Jevents 1.4 for Joomla 1.0.x

Time zone: EST, PST, ...

Postby misrak » Tue Jun 09, 2009 3:52 pm

Hi,
We use Joomla 1.0.13 :) and JEvents 1.4.2.
Is there a way to add the time zone texts like EST, PST...
Does the new JEvent 1.4.3 has those options?
Please help.
Thank you

I would like to know this as well. I have a variety of users from the U.S. (and some from Europe), and my calendar events will just say something like 7 PM. People in PST, for example, are 3 hours late, when the time was meant indicated as EST.

In JEvents 1.5.4 you can change the date formats and add the timezone into the output.

Hi, I am trying to add the timezone text, EST/PST, to an event on JEvents 2.0.10 (Joomla 1.7x). I couldn't find the option under the Configuration tab. Is there a way that I could add the EST/PST to the JEvents editor interface or to the event details page and Latest Events?

Is this for output of event info or for creating events.

BTW JEvents 1.4 is no longer supported.
