In year view we have a navigation to previous or future years, it's possibile to have with some modification have in "current year" zone a descending menu with a list of year that can permitt directly to acces to a single year?

You could create you own html module with a simple form which has a list of years and set urls. Add the module to one of our custom module positions. See:
