Hi there

I have a client who is using JEvents on a Joomla site. They would like to add a paid ticketing option to their events.

They are signed up to WorldPay as their payment processor.

Worldpay has either an html form or an api interface with which I am familiar.

My question is really about the PayPal option currently available for Silver/Gold under Attend Jevents.

Would this module readily lend itself to customising to provide a feed to WorldPay via XML or HTTP Post ? If so then I would be happy to join, download, adapt and provide the code for others.

Regards

Graeme
I'm afraid that support for WorldPay as a payment processor is some way off. AttendJEvents currently only supports Paypal - but we are working on an improved system that will make it easier to integrate other payment gateways but this won't be available for at least 2-3 months.

With Attend JEvents (gold member addon) you can charge for registrations and collect payments using Paypal.

The wider range of payment gateways is being worked on but not yet ready.

In the backend of DT Register, you can view all the payments and clearly DT Reg is providing amazing features for payments and registrations. Can you, being the developer of JEvents list "Payment Features" lacking that DT Reg provides, and promise to bring those in - within 1-2 months ? Based upon this, me and others looking for promising event application will instantly join Gold Club to support in some way possible. :-)...

PS: I don't mind different payment methods - that is the last thing on my mind as I know paypal will accept credit cards as well.
