Hello,

We are working on the events site and we want to buy the subscription. So we we are chosing between "Gold" and "Silver" packages.
Because of free events on our site I think "Silver subscription" will be enough for us. In order to prevent any misunderstanding I'd like to clarify the following

1) Can we make subscription upgrading after purchase it. I mean upgrade from Silver to Gold account?

2) There is an information on the site "Access for 6 months to Silver Level club benefits.Silver members qualify for the following benefits for a period of 6 months".
Could you please explain what will be with our account after the expiry of the 6 months subscription? Will be plugin functionality blocked on our site?

1. Yes you can upgrade at any time - but the closer you are to the end of your silver subscription the smaller the discount applied at the upgrade.

2. After 6 months you can carry on using anything you have downloaded. What it means is that you would no longer have access to updates or the member support forum.
