We use JEvent for our internal intranet at our company.
Last Week I updated to JEvents 3.6.48. Not completly sure what version we had before but I think 3.6.3X

Since then we can no longer edit events in Chrome-Browser.
The popup-window does not open when clicking the edit-symbol.

The same thing works perfectly in Edge-Browser.

Any ideas?
Sounds like it could be a javascript/css issue - did you also upgrade your template by any chance?

What are the symptoms of your problem? A grey screen, a blank screen or nothing happening etc.

It was really the only update done.

And absolutely nothing happens when you click on the edit button. No gray background, no popup.

Did you clear your browser and joomla caches? If that doesn't help can you open the Chrome debug window, reload the page, check for javascript errors in the console. Then click on the edit button and see if any more errors show up. Assuming they do please take a screen capture and post here.

If you give us the URL and login details we could look in the web browser console for errors for you
