Problem saving event that end midday - Invalid dates

Hi, I am having problems saving events that end midday. I have tried setting end time to 11:59 am, 11:00 am or 12:00 pm but whatever I do I always end up with the error message: Invalid dates - please correct. Changing anything in the end time gives an error, even just putting my cursor in the end time box. Once I have an error I cannot get rid of it whatever I do. I have to delete the event and start from scratch.

It makes no difference what I try. If I edit an event with end time 11.59 pm it will always come back with an error. The only thing I can do is delete the event and start again
